Information Collected by COINdata LLC and Our Use of It:
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses COINdata LLC’s web site. Information You Provide
When you sign up for services from or through COINdata LLC that require registration, we ask you for personal information (such as your dealer name, email address, an account password, or access account number previously provided to you by COINdata LLC). For certain services, such as storage or retrieval of documents on our system, purchase of supplies, software or other products or services, we may request credit card or other payment account information which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers.

When you send email or other communication to COINdata LLC, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
Personal Information is information that you provide to us which personally identifies you or your dealership, such as your name, email address or billing information, or other data which can be reasonably linked to such information by COINdata LLC.
Sensitive Personal Information includes information we know to be related to confidential medical information, racial or ethnic origins, political or religious beliefs or sexuality and tied to personal information.
Aggregated Non-Personal Information is information that is recorded about users and collected into groups so that it no longer reflects or references an individually identifiable user.
Personal Information; Choices
When you register for a particular service offered by COINdata LLC which service requires registration, we ask you to provide personal information. If we wish to use this information in a manner other than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use. If we propose to use personal information for any purposes other than those described in this Policy and/or in the specific service notices, we will offer you an effective way to opt out of the use of personal information for those other purposes. Under no circumstances will we collect or use Sensitive Personal Information unless specifically consented to by you in advance. You may decline to submit any Personal Information to COINdata LLC though in such case COINdata LLC may not be able to provide the services to you for which you seek to register.
Updating Personal Information
COINdata LLC will make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask individual users to identify themselves through appropriate login and passwords, and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests. COINdata LLC may decline to process requests that, in our sole opinion, may jeopardize the privacy of others or for which access is not otherwise required, or similar inappropriate requests.
